Chicken Bowl
A tasebud-pleasing bodybuilding meal-in-a-bowl.

Ingredients
1/2 bell pepper, your choice of color, cut into thin strips
6 mushrooms, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
6 egg whites
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 cup cooked rice
Directions
In a large saucepan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes over medium-high heat, stirring often, until tender. Stir in egg whites, soy sauce and chicken, and cook thoroughly.
Toss mixture over a bed of rice.
