You were right, I don't need any fat burners, I did it on my own!

I just wanted to share that with you and thank you. This is the best shape I have been in ever. I couldn't have done it without you, your book, and your patience with the multitude of questions I asked you!

Again, thanks for everything Ray, this has been a life changing experience for me and I have gotten results from your workout I never thought I could have. I got down to 10% bodyfat! You were always willing to help me out with a question and in some cases wrote a full page article about my concern. Keep up the great work! You made me feel like a friend more than a client or subscriber.

Things are going very well, better than I could expect only after 2wks. So far I've noticed that my pants are fitting much better and that I had to go out and buy a size 38 because my 40s keep falling down now. Very happy so far and this just makes me want to push harder. Again thank you for making this program available to everyone that needs it and I will continue to keep you posted.

I must thank you again. I know it sounds cheesy, but the few emails we shared have been a great inspiration to me.

It has also helped me come up with a mantra I repeat during every set I do, every step I take, and that is "if its easy, your not working hard enough". I wanted to thank you for helping me make it. It keeps me honest when I think its getting heavy, or I think my legs are to weak to take another step, or pedal another mile.

In no other program have I acheived even half the amount of sucess I have in yours. This has also motivated me in the other various aspects of my life. Thank you for helping this fat kid see that there is a beautiful and fit person willing to fight his way out of this flabby shell.
