Muscle Mix
Ingredients:
- 100g oats
- 100g rice flour
- 100g millet flakes (or grind your own)
- 100g barley flakes
- 100g buckwheat flour
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
Stick them in the blender until you've got a reasonably fine powdery
mix.
Then take:
- 40g filberts
- 40g walnuts
- 40g cashews
- 100g pecans
- 50g almonds
Chop them to the coarseness you require and add them to the mix above.
Then puree:
- 100g raisins
- 100g prunes
- 100g dates
- 200g figs
- 450g blueberries (or whatever)
- 30 ml walnut oil
- 50 ml grapeseed oil (or substitute with UDO's or flax or whatever)
Mix it all together into a sticky paste with the above gunge. If you
want it drier or more moist, vary the amount of berries you use. Awesome with bananas or nectarine. Loads of good fats and protein.
