Muscle Sandwich
Fast!
Healthy!
And full of protein!
Ingredients:
4-6 eggs whites
Boiled beans or regular beans cooked in low fat
Chopped onion
1 slice of low fat chesse or regular one if you are bulking
2 slices of wholewheat grain bread you can also use any high in fiber bread
Pepper
Salt and garlic
Oil
Preparation:
Heat a saucepan and put oil on it when its properly hot add the chopped onions and let cook for a minute or two.
Add the egg whites and use the seasoning at choice, let the egg whites s cook until you have a nice ommelette , cook for both sides. when the whites are cooked slice the whites in big chops.
Wut the whites and the cheese with the beans on the bread like a sandwich.
You have a high protein meal high in carbs and very low in fat.
Aprox 30-40 grams of protein per serving.
