Ingredients
1 tin Tuna (135g, drained, brine-packed)
200g Vegetable Soup (Carton)
1tbsp Flax Oil
1. Heat up soup
2. Add tuna
3. Heat up soup a bit more
4. Add Flax Oil
5. Eat

415 kcals
40g Protein
14g Carbs
22g Fat
Takes <1m to eat. Yummy.
