Whole Wheat Pancakes
Ingredients:
Pancake Mix:
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Oat Bran
1-1/2 Cups Powdered Milk
3/4 TBS Baking Soda
2-1/2 TBS Baking Powder
1/4 TBS Salt (Optional)
Mix and store in airtight container
Preparation:
Pancakes:
2 Cups Pancake Mix (see above)
2 TBS Canola Oil
1 Cup Water (May need additional 1/4 Cup)
2 TBS Vinegar
2 Eggs (Or 4 egg whites)
1 TBS Vanilla
Use 1/4 Cup batter per pancake. Yeild 12 Pancakes.
I serve topped with applesauce or pourable fruit.
